Arrive in the afternoon to attend a Jump Start Seminar, then prepare for an evening reception and kick off dinner featuring the opening ceremonies and special keynote addresses. Wrap up the evening at District Hospitality Suites where you will meet other PE's and PN's from your district.

Friday, March 19

Start with breakfast, which includes the ever popular message from Past RI President Cliff Dochterman, and an opening Plenary session focusing on the basics of public relations. Meet with other presidents from your district and hear from your district leaders. At lunch, learn about some significant changes coming with The Rotary Foundation. Then, mix it up with presidents-elect from other districts to discuss topics to improve leadership skills and invigorate your club. After a reception, enjoy an in-depth look at some of the ways The Rotary Foundation affects lives and wrap up your evening with a special dessert and hospitality.

Saturday, March 20

Breakfast includes introduction of the strategies for implementing and using the Club Leadership Plan. Another session with your district leaders gives you planning techniques for the year ahead and helps you get your goals in place. Conclude with Saturday's lunch event and a special address to send you on your way.

Plus: In district meetings each day, you will learn more about the team of district leaders who are ready to help your club succeed, plus district events for you and your club. Have one to one discussions with your AG and other presidents.

At each meal, look for presenters to model different elements of running a club meeting and making presentations.
